RAM NEW RELEASE SALES

Online Coins & Collectables will run sales of new Royal Australian Mint releases by in store sales and online as detailed below.

IN STORE SALES

Orders can be placed as follows

• From 8:30am EST by email to orders@onlinecoins.com.au
• Phone orders from 9:00am to 02 66213122
• Walk In customers from 9:00am

When placing an email order, they will only be accepted if they contain all your details, name, address and phone plus a clear instructions on what you would like to order.
Email orders placed prior to release time will be ignored.

We will process email orders one at time until stock sells out or up until 5:00pm (Email orders require your name, phone number and full postal address). If you do not receive a response to you email order by 5:00pm, you have not been sucessful in getting an order.

Phone orders will continue until 5:00pm or until stock sells out. Please be patient with our staff.

Phone and email orders must be paid within two business days or your order will be cancelled and passed onto someone else.

ONLINE SALES

If there is any stock from the release avaialble after 5:00pm on release day, it will be advertised here on our website under new releases on the first page. Items will be live at a random time after 5:00pm. For less popular releases that see in store orders slow, we may advertise releaes earlier.
