If you are looking to sell some of your collection or just wish to move extras you have in your collection, trading in your items with Online Coins might be a great option for you.

By trading in your items, we can give you up to 70% of the Market Value as store credit to go towards your next purchase with us.

We will even purchase your Royal Australian Mint items if they have light to heavy damage, as long as the coins are safe secure and unblemished, and you can still get up to 60% store credit.

What Can I Trade In?

We currenty only trade in Carded or Boxed Royal Australian Mint releases, we do not trade in Perth Mint or international mint items, single coins or banknotes.
This includes

  • Mint Year Sets - Unciculated and Proof
  • Carded Collector Coins - Official Royal Australia Mint Releases only
  • Boxes Gold and Silver Coins
  • All other packaged RAM Items - We are happy to look at other releases on a case by case basis.

Please remember that this trade in feature is for store credit only. Trade in value cannot be exchanged for cash or similar funds. If you wish to sell your items outright, please contact us directly.

How Do I Trade In?

  1. Email a list of what you would like to trade in to enquiries@onlinecoins.com.au
  2. We will check the list and get back to you with a trade in value
  3. If you accept our offer, send us your goods
  4. We will inspect and confirm your trade in
  5. We will issue a store credit voucher for the value of your trade in.

To get a rough idea of the value of your trade in items, we have most of these releases listed on our website, search for your item, check the price, our trade in value will be up to 70% of that price depending on final condition of your item.

We recommend packing your items safely and using a tracked and insured Australia Post parcel to send you items.

DO NOT SEND your items until you receive a personal email from one of our staff to confirm.

Once we receive your trade in items, we will inspect your items and if it all checks out you will recieve your store credit voucher.
