Description
The obverse side of the 1952 Shilling features a coronate bust of King George VI facing to the right on the coin, the King's head is bare as per tradition of Coronation.
The Reverse of the coin features a Ram's head with a 7-pointed star on each side of it. Along the top edge of the coin, above the ram's head, boldly inscribed is the word 'AUSTRALIA'. Similarly on the bottom edge, the inscription 'SHILLING 1952' is presented.
