The XA Falcon was a crucual model for Ford and was the first wholly Australian engineered and designed Falcon. Despite similar overall dimensions to the XY it replaced, the sharper-edged, futuristic XD brought with it greater interior space with a more comfortable rear seat and focus on improved refinement and handling.
